LOT GUIDE

Your lot, the right information.

The package is the starting point for consulting product documentation. See what to check before requesting a certificate of analysis.

From bottle to document.

01. Identify the formulation

Check the line, product name and presentation on the package. For example: GREENLION Precision Relief, 7,237 mg, 30 mL. The full name helps the team locate the right information.

02. Locate the lot

Look for the lot identification on the package or bottle. Copy the characters as shown. If the print is unreadable, a photo can help the team guide the consultation.

03. Check the match

A COA is a certificate of analysis: a document with test results from an identified sample. Check that the product and lot on the certificate match your package.

04. Understand each measure

Quantity per bottle, concentration by volume and composition percentage are different measures. Before comparing results, check the unit and calculation basis.

05. Bring questions to the team

Share the formulation name and lot identification when requesting documentation guidance. Questions about formulation choice, dosage or follow-up should be addressed to the prescribing professional.
