ANSWERS FOR YOUR NEXT STEP
Your questions, answered clearly.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes. Personal import into Brazil under RDC 660 requires a prescription from a legally qualified professional and prior Anvisa registration. GREENLION helps explain the process; your healthcare professional provides assessment and prescriptions.
I have a prescription. What comes next?
Contact our official support channel. We can guide Anvisa registration, document checks and import steps for your prescribed product. Have your prescription and patient details ready.
What must the prescription include?
Patient name, commercial product name, daily dose, date, signature, and the prescriber’s professional council and registration details. “CBD” or “cannabidiol” alone does not identify a product for Anvisa registration.
Does Anvisa authorization have a fee or expiry?
The Anvisa service is free and authorization is valid for two years. It does not cover the product or import costs. Check the official portal for current conditions.
How do Precision and Essential differ?
Precision focuses on diversity: CBD, rare cannabinoids and terpenes in three distinctive profiles. Essential focuses on simplicity: CBD in Full Spectrum, Broad Spectrum and Isolate. Selection depends on the prescribed composition, not an efficacy ranking between lines.
What are rare cannabinoids?
They are minor cannabinoids, such as CBG, CBC and CBL, less abundant in the plant or less common in formulations. They help define each Precision profile. Evidence varies by compound; its presence does not guarantee a clinical effect.
What do Full Spectrum, Broad Spectrum and Isolate mean?
Full Spectrum contains CBD and other cannabinoids, including THC. Broad Spectrum combines CBD with other cannabinoids and is designed to remove THC. Isolate centers the cannabinoid composition on isolated CBD. Check each batch COA for composition and detection limits.
How can I check purity and composition?
Read the certificate of analysis (COA) matching the batch on your package. It reports the tests performed. Review the parameters, limits and results; a potency test alone does not establish absence of all contaminants.
Why can percentages vary between batches?
Botanical extracts may vary in composition between batches. Website figures are reference profiles; specific results are in the batch COA. Such variation does not justify results outside specifications.
Where can I find my batch COA?
COA access is reserved for registered patients and physicians. Request access from the team with the product name and package batch number. If you cannot sign in yet, contact official support to request the document.
Does the RDC 660 list mean Anvisa approval?
No. The list enables automatic registration approval for personal import of listed products. Technical Note 40/2026 states that these products are not registered and their efficacy, quality and safety have not been evaluated by Anvisa.
What dose should I use? Are the two drops in the video a recommendation?
Your prescriber determines dose and administration. The video and images are illustrative, not instructions for quantity, technique or frequency. Do not adjust your dose based on the website or another person’s experience.
Can I use CBD with other medicines?
CBD can interact with medicines and cause adverse effects. Tell your prescriber about all medicines and supplements you take. Do not stop or replace treatments on your own.
How should I store the bottle?
Follow the storage instructions and expiry date on the package. Keep the bottle tightly closed and out of children’s reach. If its appearance changes unexpectedly or storage is uncertain, contact the team before use.
How long does delivery take?
Timing depends on documentation, international shipping and customs clearance. The team provides an estimate for your request and tracking guidance. Anvisa authorization time is not the product delivery time.
